snow day
So we (meaning everyone but us homeschoolers) have a snow day today because of the blizzard like conditions. I have been hanging out on Facebook perusing status updates and I am really kind of perturbed by all the "my kids are driving me crazy!" or "this snow day will never end" or "I wish my kids were in school more!" or "I hate my kids!!"..ok...that last one was a bit of an exaggeration....my point being is it really THAT awful to have to spend one more day with your children?

Ha! I think you and Nancy were the only ones to be excited about today or at least not bemoaning the fact that their kids were home!!
I have a sad, but INTERESTING and true story about this very thing. But you'll have to call me to hear it because it's not exactly blog comment material.

Wow, that's a weird one.
Oh! I forgot to say, "I FREAKING LOVE SNOW DAYS!!" So much that they're actually BAD for me because I don't want to give my kids back. *laugh* And mine are still with me a majority of the time! I am bummed every single time that Leo leaves for his 1 1/2 hour, every-other-day, classes at Ballard.
