After weighing myself this morning and seeing that lower number and not really wanting to try to figure out the points in the dinner we had at my dad's house to celebrate Father's day, I decided I wasn't going to count points at all and eat whatever I want. Lets just say it was a binge fest tonight. Major binge fest. There was angel food cake, animal crackers, and ice cream drumsticks involved. And that was after a giant piece of Felix and Oscar's grinder cheesetopper pizza.

Do you see a pattern? Every 10 days I fall off the wagon and stuff my pie hole with junk. Need to figure out a way to avoid that dangerous situation. Blah.

Manda... I don't know how you are, but the more I deny myself, the more I get bad and end up wanting it.

After watching Biggest Loser for quite a few seasons, I decided I had to find a middle ground. I don't drink too much soda, which is super-hard since I don't drink coffee and want caffeine. So I've done small goals and worked from there.

Hope you find a middle ground!
