The kids having lunch after spending the morning in the ocean. Pre-burnage. Should have kept them in after that. Went out for a couple more hours after lunch.
The men who caught a 3 foot black tip shark 50 feet from my babies who were frolicking in the surf. Wish we had gotten a pic of the shark. They later caught a manta ray and cut the stinger off and gave it to the kids. They cut the manta ray up for bait.
Burnage. And battle wounds from Madeline's sleep walking episode the first night. We woke up to her falling down the stairs. We ran downstairs thinking someone was in the house. She was wandering around downstairs crying. We asked her what she was doing and she was mumbling that she had to go to the bathroom. We told her there was a bathroom upstairs. She kept mumbling and crying. Then said she had to go to the bathroom and pulled out a chair from the dining room table. Chad grabbed her by the shoulders and led her to the real bathroom. We then led her to bed where she fell right to sleep. Chad went in to check on her about 15 minutes later. He asked her if she was ok and she had no idea what he was talking about. She woke up the next morning with a huge bruise on her thigh and scrapes all over the left side of her body. What a crazy night.
