Diet day one
Yo! I totally schooled diet day one yesterday! I was a tad cranky by the end of the day and wanted to go to bed at 7:30 so I would avoid the late night munchy sessions that I am prone to have but I stood strong!! I had a lovely small bowl of multi grain cheerios for breakfast. A cheese quesdilla on multi grain tortilla for lunch. A big salad with lots of veggies and a mini pizza for dinner. Seriously the minipizza is barely the size of one slice of pizza so I didn't feel bad. Then around 9pm the munchy crazies were running rampant. My stomach was growling ravenously waiting for its late night chocolate and peanut ice cream sundae. Oh no! So I grabbed a couple graham crackers. YUM! They were the best tasting graham crackers EVER! It is amazing how much better food tastes when you are actually hungry and not eating out of boredom or by the clock. The one thing I need to work on is drinking water. I hate water. Our sun tea jar is busted and leaks all over kingdom come so I need to get a new one today so I can enjoy yummy sun tea. Lots and lots of sun tea. I love it. I have a slight addiction to McDonald's sweet tea. But I know I can kick that to the curb and enjoy my own fresh tea sans sugar. I also need to pick up a scale so i can more accurately measure my success. Oy vey! There is a lot of work to be done.
